Admission Guidelines
Documents with the registration form
The following enclosures should compulsorily be attached with the registration form:
- Transfer Certificate from the school attended previously.
- Photocopy of the Progress Report of the previous class.
- Photocopy of the Aadhaar card of both parent and student (birth certificate of the student if Aadhaar is not available).
Fee rules
- Fee is collected by the 15th of every due month. If that day is a holiday, the next working day is the last day.
- If fee is not deposited by the 15th, a late fee is charged each day. The student’s name may be struck off if fee is not deposited by the end of the month.
- Fees once deposited will not be refunded. Withdrawal requires at least one month’s notice, failing which one month’s tuition and other relevant fees are payable.
- A student seeking admission mid-session must pay all general fees for the full year.

- Online registration: Register your child online.
- Pay fees online: Online fee collection.
- Registration fee: Rs. 300 for all classes.
- Campus: Forms may also be submitted at Central Academy, Vikas Nagar Vistar, Bargadwa.

Please note
- Conveyance fee is charged as per distance for 11 months. Conveyance facility will not be cancelled under any condition.
- Fee should be submitted latest by the 10th of the decided month. After that a late fee of Rs. 5 per day will be charged.
- No amount is refundable if the student leaves the school mid-term for any reason.
- Composite fees include monthly tuition fee, exam, science, games, medical, music, library, light & water, fire safety, art & craft, fee card, syllabus, computer, I-card, smart class, attendance fee, group photographs, repair & maintenance, report card, SMS, and similar charges.
Fees can be paid online via the website, net banking, UPI wallets, and mobile app, or at the school counter.
